My Story & Mission

Hi, I’m Amy—certified Master Health Coach, plant-based nutrition advocate, and someone who’s been passionate about health and wellness for over two decades. I’ve always been fascinated by the power of food and how it can either support or sabotage our health. That curiosity led me to a role at Whole Foods Market, where I managed employee wellness programs and witnessed something incredible: when people made simple lifestyle changes—especially around food, movement, and stress—their health began to change in measurable ways.

We saw it in the numbers. Every retreat started and ended with bloodwork, and we watched as participants reversed or dramatically improved conditions like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes in just weeks. That experience changed me—and inspired me to deepen my knowledge by earning a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.

Years later, when I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), I was incredibly grateful for that foundation. I knew what changes to make. But in online support groups, I kept seeing people who were scared, overwhelmed, and unsure where to start. They hadn’t been given the tools or information to help themselves—and certainly not the ongoing support to actually make those changes stick.

That’s why I started Whole Health Revival. I want to help people with CKD, high blood pressure, and other chronic illnesses not just understand what to do—but also how to do it. Because change isn’t just about information—it’s about behavior, mindset, and consistency. And that’s where I come in.
